RQM3K*- P RQM5K*- P and RQM7K*- P are explosion proof, solenoid actuated pressure relief valves, with unloading and pressure selection. They are suitable for flowrates up to 500 l/min, for subplate mounting.
They are compliant with ATEX, IECEx, INMETRO or PESO requirements and are suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, for surface plants or mines. A low temperature version (up to - 40 °C) is also available.
Five versions are available, for the discarge of the entire flow by a solenoid valve or for selection of up to 3 pressure values: the selection of the second and third pressure value is obtained by means of a pressure relief valve placed between the main stage and the solenoid valve. Ports for remote pilot supply of the valve and for pressure gauge are present.
The valves are available with DC solenoid or RAC solenoids to be feed with AC power supply. Rectifier bridge is built-in in the coil. Several connection types are available, metric or NPT type. Cable-glands are available.
The D*K* are explosion-proof directional solenoid valves for subplate mounting. DS3K* and DSL5BK* are direct operated. DSP5RK*, DSP5K*, DSP7K*, DSP8K* and DSP10K* are pilot operated. CD1-W are direct operated pressure relief valves with threaded ports ¼” NPT, for flange mounting. Those valves, are suitable for remote piloting of control valves and as pilot valve for two-stage pressure reducers. They are available in four pressure control ranges up to 350 bar. The pressure is adjustable by means of a socket hex adjustment screw or by a knob.
