The BDL1 are directional control valves for stacked valve assembly, They can be assembled in parallel with up to 8 working sections, with a common element with inlet and outlet ports. BDL1 assemblies are suitable for compact applications, mainly in mobile industries and in mini power packs. The directional valve BDL1 have a thickness of 28 mm and 1/8" BSP connections on working ports. Inlet elements have P and T ports 1/4” BSP size, and can be with or without pressure relief valve. The zinc–nickel finishing is applied on the metal parts.
BDL, BDM and BDS are components for stacked valve assemblies. They can be assembled in parallel with up to 10 working sections. The same components allow creating series circuits by inserting plugs in order to deviate the oil path. Inlet elements are available with flow and pressure control, with and without unloading valves. Working elements are available in two thicknesses with working ports 3/8” BSP, 1/2” BSP, SAE-06 or SAE-08 threads. Specific components for series circuits complete the BD* range.
The BLS6 directional control valve is a stacked valve assembly with load sensing feature. It can be assembled with up to 8 working sections (proportional and solenoid directional valves together). Inlet elements for fixed and variable displacement pumps are available. P1, P2 and T1 ports are 3/4” BSP threaded. Each working section is equipped with a meter-in compensator that keep the flow constant, independently from load changes. A and B working ports are 1/2” BSP threaded. The lever override is available as option.
BFD06 and BFD10 are 6-ports flow diverter for stacked valve assembly, solenoid actuated. Up to 5 valves can be fastened together in series configuration. Suitable for mobile applications, especially for agricultural machinery. These valves divert the flow of the pressure lines alternatively through two of the four flow paths of the working lines, switching between them by the solenoid actuation. Version with external drain port allows pressure up to 320 bar. These valves are supplied with a zinc-nickel plating making them the perfect choice for mobile and environmental applications that require strong protection.
